WHAT I DON'T DRAW
NSFW (except artistic nudity), fetishes, disrespectful or harmful content. I reserve the right to refuse drawing subjects and things that I’m not comfortable with without reasons given.
WHAT I CAN DRAW
Humans, creatures (ie. Dragons or other fantasy creatures or monsters), animals, insects, plants, various backgrounds. I can draw original characters as well as fanart.
ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF:
-The background is super complex
-There are wings or very detailed clothing or weapons etc included.
-The composition is very challenging
-There is only a text description of a character without any visual reference (turning this into an illustration will require extra work from me)
PAYMENT
I accept payment via PayPal or Sumup payment link (I will send you one). Full payment upfront.
If your order costs more than 200€, we can discuss opening a payment plan.
If the commission is sketch type, then I will take full payment without you accepting the sketch first.
Tips are always welcome!
Also, remember that bargaining is inappropriate. I have taken into consideration the conversion from USD to EUR as I do not reside in the US. USD is always a little less for me in EUR.
The prices are counted for non-commercial commissions. If you’d like to order art from me for a commercial project, contact me and we should discuss that further.
If you decide that you do not wish to continue with the commission, you are required to notify me as soon as possible.
The amount refunded to you will depend on how much work has been done.
ARTIST EXCLUSIVITY
Art that I have created for you can be used freely, so long as:
Full credit is given to me on any submission, regardless of whichever site it is published on.
You do not claim that the artwork/craftwork was created by yourself.
No edits are made to the artwork/craftwork by yourself or any other party, without express permission from myself.
You do not have the view to sell on the artwork/craftwork to make a profit, without express permission from myself.
If you are requested to do so, you will remove the artwork from any site, as detailed in the request sent to you.
OWNERSHIP AND DISTRIBUTION OF ART
All art that I create remains property of claimtheskies for distribution and resale purposes. However, characters depicted remain property of their respective owner(s).
Distribution of artwork by the customer must be confirmed in advance by myself. I will provide a written document as proof of permission.
Any work by me is forbidden for use in any blockchain /blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in this area.
OTHER
I try to check my emails and messages on all platforms regularly, but I am not available every day and sometimes I get a lot of messages. If I don’t answer you within 5 working days, feel free to contact me again! Your message might have been missed or it went to spam, I’m very sorry about that!
Be prepared to wait for the illustration to be completed in about 1-2 months, depending on my life situation and how much work I have at the time. Thank you for your patience!
